How to get a bikini body fast?
i want to get the perfect body for a bikini and im willing to start now.. but i just don't know where to start. Every time i say im going to do something i don't know what to do. So what workouts do i need? What do i eat? i have like 2 months so i wanna start now..

Also, plastic jugs filled with water, cans of food...can substitute as dumbells in a pinch. You should aim to do the strength training three times a week, allowing your muscles periods of rest for a day or so in between workouts. In addition to this, do thirty minutes of cardio...running, swimming, jumping rope, etc. Personally I've recently been doing Jillian Michael's Tone Your Trouble Zones (or something like that) and it's amazing. It's a half hour circuit training workout and after it I am dripping with sweat, and I swear I see results the day after each session.
